Computers For Learning
The site is designed "to streamline the transfer of excess federal computer
equipment to schools and educational non-profit organizations, giving
special consideration to those with the greatest need."


Code Red Rover
This site, created by Lowe's Home Safety Council, teaches home safety in a
fun, interactive way.


Maths Year 2000
Maths Year 2000 is a collection of math activities for elementary classes.
Created in the United Kingdom, hence the "maths" for mathematics, the site
seeks to foster a positive attitude toward math.


Reading Village
For children ages three to seven, Reading Village is a free, safe online
learning environment that promotes reading and writing skills.

Musically Inclined
Musically Inclined claims to be the "ultimate music resource." This
ThinkQuest entry is a collection of articles covering different aspects of
the music world.


"Edward S. Curtis's The North American Indian: Photographic Images"
In 1998, Northwestern University Library was awarded a grant from the
Library of Congress/Ameritech National Digital Library Competition to
support the digitization of all of the illustrations contained in the
volumes and portfolios of its copy of The North American
Indian. Northwestern also created detailed indexing that permits
retrieval of the images by personal name, tribal affiliation,
geocultural region,
and subject
